About The Position

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• 2 years of experience in BCBA/BCaBA roles required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and staff training.
• Experience working with individuals with autism across a wide range of functioning levels.
• Strong report writing skills and knowledge of current behavioral/ABA methodologies.
• Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Clear DOJ clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with non-verbal clients and those with intensive SIB.
• Experience with clients having social and possible forensic backgrounds.
• 1 year of supervising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing fidelity of intervention checks for RBT/staff in group home and community settings.
• In-person, hands-on modeling, IOA collection, and preparing materials for implementation such as visual schedules.
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and applying Trauma Informed Care principles.
• Developing and monitoring monthly individualized behavior support plans.
• Performing data analysis, graphing, and milestone monitoring of program implementation.
