About The Position
Thank you for considering Developmental Pathways! Developmental Pathways is seeking awesome, dedicated Assessors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options. The Assessor will work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments to improve behaviors and quality of life. The Assessor will work closely with caregivers and clients as they develop individualized programming tailored to each client's needs. They are also responsible for data management and client communications, ensuring that all interactions are professional and supportive. The position involves conducting various assessments, including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, and others as needed. The Assessor will also conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized programming for clients based on the results of these assessments. Recording data and managing the data collected during the assessment process is crucial, as is managing the fulfillment of client contracts across service codes. The Assessor will provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs and may conduct client sessions when necessary, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the process.
