About The Position

Catalyst Behavior Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires BCBA certification and licensure in Minnesota.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
  • Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass background check

Responsibilities

  • Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, and community members
  • Collaborate with all other team members of the child’s educational environment
  • Conduct client observations
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments including functional analyses
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plans
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition programming
  • Provide feedback and supervision to RBTs
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data
