Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Workforce Strategy Manager to oversee the BCA Quality centralized hiring and skill team operations in Everett, WA. As a Quality Workforce Manager, you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs, focusing on employee acquisition, redeployment, and other employee movements, including skill and career development. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring processes and standards. Additionally, you will acquire and manage resources and lead process improvements. Building and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports will be essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional integrity and authenticity, possess strong strategic thinking abilities, and be a continual learner with a talent for effectively transferring knowledge.
