As the Director of Product Strategy for Business Cards & Payments, you will be the primary architect of Capital One's long-term roadmap. This role sits at the center of innovation and execution, ensuring the suite of business cards and payment solutions effectively addresses real-world challenges for business owners. Key responsibilities include defining the 3-year strategic horizon for the BC&P portfolio, identifying emerging trends in B2B payments, embedded finance, and commercial credit. You will lead the prioritization framework for the entire product organization, ensuring optimal resource allocation to high-leverage initiatives. The position also involves partnering with Design and Market Research to translate customer pain points into prioritized product requirements and acting as a crucial link between executive leadership and product teams to ensure strategic alignment. General responsibilities encompass developing business strategies for growth and profitability, potentially managing and mentoring analysts, implementing new product and pricing strategies, leading marketing efforts, driving credit risk improvements through analytics, managing project execution, and collaborating with various internal departments like IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability.
