About The Position

Military Sales and Service Company, a subsidiary of BK Global, Inc., is seeking part-time Shop Team Members for the first free-standing Bath & Body Works store located on Ft. Liberty Army Base at the North Exchange. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. Team members will play a crucial role in supporting the business during high-volume days and weekends, demonstrating flexibility by taking on multiple roles, including selling and replenishing the store's inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store sales through engaging with customers, answering their questions, performing product demonstrations, and making recommendations based on customer needs. As a Shop Team Member, you will be expected to deliver a friendly customer experience, recover merchandise on the sales floor, and replenish stock to meet brand standards. You will also process merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready and maintain the back stock room. Additionally, you will assist with various projects, including floor sets and the shipment process, to ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-stocked. Supporting replenishment activities is essential to keeping the store full and abundant, and you will assist with visual presentations, signage placement, and other merchandising tasks as directed. Operational excellence is a key focus, and you will be required to abide by company policies and procedures, as well as loss prevention and safety messages during daily operations. This role requires a commitment of 10-25 hours per week, with varied shifts that may include weekends, closing, and peak hours. Candidates must have access to the base, reliable transportation, and a personal computer, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and prior retail experience.
