A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BBQ CHEF / LINE COOK As a BBQ Chef and Line Cook, you're responsible for delivering first-class BBQ cuisine to our members. You oversee an assigned smoker outlet and prepare food items from scratch. As directed, you set up and break down workstations, ensuring proper equipment, linens, and other materials are clean and in working order. You prepare all orders promptly and efficiently as well as make sure your station is kept safe and sanitized. If any issues arise, you inform a manager right away to get the problem resolved and keep our food operations running smoothly. In addition, you continuously develop and maintain a working knowledge of our food and beverage selections. You also attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training as well as contribute to our harmonious working environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of culinary experience
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking tasks
  • Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • Are you able to put your best foot forward and present in a clean and professional manner?
  • Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills?
  • Can you work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to achieve common goals?
