What you’ll do Perform all Lean Manufacturing team members duties in that team leader’s area of responsibility. Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace. Relieve team members when they need to leave the workstation. Train and cross train team members Initiate daily production Improvements. Maintain/Audit/Improve standard work. Understanding of TAKT time and Cycle time Strong Understanding of Single Piece Flow Ability to identify and eliminate waste within manufacturing processes. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Capable of working from drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. Install unit vehicle components and accessories Set up jigs and fixtures Basic computer usage Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures Comply with Terex quality standards through error prevention and by meeting such requirements with zero defects. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, work under the pressure of deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy. Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
