About The Position

As a member of the Topgolf team, you will greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assisting guests with bay setup and providing instructions on how to use Topgolf technology will be part of your responsibilities. You will handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism, collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
