Requirements

Experience Serving Food & Beverages – Previously served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Responsibilities

Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting with them about their visit, sharing Topgolf's offerings, and setting the stage for an unforgettable time.
Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe.
