About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at VetEvolve, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation by ensuring a seamless and positive interaction with customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product details, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with precision.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
