About The Position
Juma Ventures is seeking a Bay Area Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and enhance the organization's impact on youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves managing relationships with institutional and individual funders, collaborating with various teams to secure financial support, and ensuring the sustainability of Juma's programs. The Director will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and other leaders to cultivate donor relationships and support Juma's mission.
