About The Position

The BA CM/ILS Quality Control Specialist performs provisioning and material support including researching technical data to identify fielded component parts for end items using various databases, to include WEBFLIS, ONETOUCH, CDMD-OA, and MBPS. In addition to being able to support the transition of data into a Database environment, as well as on-hand verification of parts. The candidate shall review engineering drawings for provisioning purposes and cataloging equipment parts for APL & ACL updates.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
  • 10 years of professional experience solving technical problems.
  • Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.
  • Experience includes testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
  • The individual shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens.
  • Should have experience in computer-aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
  • Three (3) years of technical experience in support of design, testing, deployment, and operations within ISR/IO or C4ISR systems.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance walking through the door

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to an integrated logistics support team.
  • Provide supply support to DoD customers through CMPro.
  • Create material forecasts for future sparing efforts based on funding allocation.
  • Provide Adhoc reporting through the Microsoft suite.
  • Review and Report part obsolescence through software such as DMSMS or Q-Star.
  • Perform audits / PCAs
  • Provide PSD and Form 15 support
  • Use Microsoft Power Query and Power Apps to clean and manipulate data
