About The Position
Threat Tec, LLC, a rapidly growing Veteran-Owned Business, is seeking a highly skilled Battle Staff Training (BST) C2 Systems Integrator to join our team supporting Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) under the MARSOC SME FTE Support Program. The BST C2 Systems Integrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the MARSOC Simulation Center, ensuring the functionality and availability of all simulation equipment, supplies, and networks, and contributing to the successful execution of battle staff training and modeling and simulation (M&S) activities. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the MARSOC Simulation Center, including the preparation, maintenance, and inventory of all simulation equipment, supplies, and networks. You will collaborate with the M&S Director and Battle Staff Training Manager to design, plan, implement, and schedule battle staff training and M&S activities. Additionally, you will establish and enforce policies and procedures for the effective management of the Simulation Center, ensuring compliance with program policies and training objectives. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that all computers and technologies are fully operational and that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions. You will provide regular monitoring and analysis of network performance for both short- and long-term planning of in-house systems. Furthermore, you will manage the scheduling of Simulation Center facilities (classrooms, conference rooms, training areas) to prevent conflicts and ensure optimal utilization. You will identify and articulate fielding requirements for new M&S and C2 systems and upgrades to existing systems.
