As a Battle Management Command and Control Requirements Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, tactical to strategic and technical expertise to work on projects for Joint All Domain Command and Control. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support to deliver advanced battle management system capabilities to the warfighter. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in joint fires process, interoperability, and battle management and command and control. In this role you will identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, doctrine, employment concepts, or instrumentation for U.S., Joint, and coalition employment. You will determine procedures for solving complex operational employment, system development, design, integration, and analytical problems. You’ll perform and direct operational, scientific, and technical systems and Concept of Operations analysis. You will report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation and prepare briefings and reports on study planning, analysis methodology, and results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Air Battle Manager, Weapons Director, Navigator, or Pilot within the Theater Air Control System (TACS)
  • Experience with the employment and operation of an element of the United States TACS, including Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), Control and Reporting Center (CRC), Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS), Air Operations Center (AOC), Air Support Operations Center (ASOC), Theater Air Control Party (TACP), and Battle Control Center (BCC)
  • Experience as a military instructor or evaluator
  • Knowledge of USAF and Joint doctrine, basic radar or radio theory and operating concepts, datalink capabilities such as Link 16, and aviation operations guidelines and policies
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Major Command or Headquarters Air Force Staff
  • Experience with Model-Based System Engineering
  • Experience with artificial intelligence applications
  • Joint Interface Control Officer Certification
