Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or testing environment.
• Dangerous goods (hazmat) certification
• Experience with Class 9 dangerous goods
• Experience using a lift truck / forklift
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations

Responsibilities

• Shipment of all team equipment and assets needed for testing and calibration.
• Manage the procurement and tracking of consumables, sensors, and specialized test equipment.
• Work with Rivian Dangerous Goods Team to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manages team storage in Rivian facilities and external warehouses.
• Coordinating shipment of LTL, FTL, and dedicated truck shipments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab operations.
• Enforce laboratory safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, hazardous material handling).
• Maintain lab 5S standards.
