Requirements

Expertise in high-voltage battery systems.
Experience leading or working within a technical engineering team.
Understanding of high-voltage battery design concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot and integrate hardware into larger systems.
Knowledge of battery state estimation and control algorithms.

Responsibilities

Design and prototype new and improved module and pack designs for battery systems.
Investigate and evaluate innovative battery chemistries through literature reviews and partnerships.
Model and simulate battery performance using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
Design experiments and testing protocols for assessing performance and safety.
Analyze large data sets to evaluate performance and identify failure modes.
Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration into electric vehicles.
Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation.
