About The Position

The position involves performing preventative maintenance on a variety of powered industrial equipment batteries in accordance with company policy, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. The candidate will follow repair manuals and factory specifications, utilizing their own knowledge of powered industrial equipment batteries. Additionally, the role includes assisting in other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (19 years old for positions in Alabama).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and solve math problems.
• Successful completion of tests in Computation, Following Written Directions, Space Visualization, and Mechanical Aptitude before start date.
• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
• Capable of generating and processing work on a computerized maintenance-management system.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
