As a Battery Integration Engineer on the Battery Engineering team, you will design batteries using Sila's next-generation anode material for consumer applications. You are someone who excels at systems level thinking and analyzing design tradeoffs. You'll work with diverse technical teams and business partners to engage directly with our customers to deliver battery solutions. In your work at Sila you'll design cells, execute test plans, and communicate data across multiple programs.
