This role is essential for providing surface repair services, which include fixing small damages to various surfaces such as floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, and more. The position requires a commitment to a two-year training process, emphasizing the importance of attention to detail and customer service. The technician will be responsible for carrying tools and equipment in a small vehicle and completing repairs efficiently, often within two hours.

Requirements

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that's in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance is helpful.
• An art background is helpful but not necessary; understanding color and how to match color is important.
• Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment to the training process.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to meet project timelines.
