We are seeking a contractor to partner with for an ongoing pipeline of projects. This is a 1099 position, meaning the contractor will be responsible for their own taxes and benefits. The contractor will be involved in bathroom remodels that include various tasks such as demolition of existing bath space, installation of bathtubs, showers, flooring, countertops, tiles, and shower glass doors. Additionally, plumbing and electrical work will be part of the responsibilities. Subcontractors are expected to provide their own supplies, such as bolts and grout, but not the materials like shower units, tubs, tiles, and fixtures.
