About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, polished, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Bathroom Attendant to join the Moss New York team. Bathroom Attendants play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience within our venues. This role is essential to maintaining a refined and seamless environment, ensuring that every guest interaction — even in transitional spaces — reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating pristine environments, enjoys interacting with guests, and understands the importance of hygiene, presentation, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, service, or facilities support roles preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining pristine environments.
  • Polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent standards in high-traffic settings.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing light cleaning tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an immaculate, serene, and well-appointed restroom environment throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Perform continuous cleaning and sanitization of all restroom surfaces, including floors, fixtures, sinks, mirrors, and toilets, in alignment with Moss New York’s luxury standards.
  • Ensure all bathrooms are fully stocked with appropriate amenities, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, and other guest supplies.
  • Monitor restroom conditions to ensure they meet Moss New York cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.
  • Keep hallways and entryways leading to restrooms clean, dry, and free of debris.
  • Identify plumbing or maintenance issues such as clogs or leaks and promptly notify maintenance or management for assistance.
  • Proactively monitor restrooms to prevent safety hazards and ensure a comfortable guest environment.
  • Maintain a visible, friendly guest presence by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, discretion, and kindness.
  • Communicate supply needs, cleanliness concerns, or guest feedback to management in a timely manner.
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with health and venue standards.
