About The Position

Our team is looking to have a Bathroom Attendant who would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of all public bathhouses, restrooms, and shower facilities throughout the resort. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience by keeping high-traffic facilities sanitary, well-stocked, and in good working order at all times.

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular walkthroughs of all public bathhouses and shower buildings according to the park’s cleaning schedule
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, floors, mirrors, and all high-touch surfaces
  • Restock supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and cleaning products
  • Monitor facility conditions and quickly address spills, messes, or maintenance needs
  • Empty trash and ensure waste receptacles are clean and odor-free
  • Maintain cleanliness logs and follow sanitation procedures and standards
  • Greet guests courteously and provide basic assistance or direct them to the appropriate staff when needed
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored safely and used according to guidelines
  • Uphold Jellystone Park’s high standards for guest satisfaction and facility presentation
  • Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
