About The Position
1-800-Hansons, a leader in acrylic bath systems, is seeking a Bath Remodel Subcontractor Installer to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA, and surrounding areas. This full-time position is available immediately and offers year-round work. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing bathrooms or kitchens, particularly for large chain or big box stores. In this role, you will be responsible for remodeling bathrooms in a single day using your trade skills, including carpentry and trim carpentry. You will adhere to all installation standards and procedures while providing exceptional service to our customers. Maintaining a professional demeanor and respecting customers' property is essential, as is ensuring that the work area is left clean after each job. You will also be responsible for informing customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations, as well as accurately completing and submitting all necessary paperwork and photos. All materials for the jobs are provided, and you will be required to take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with the necessary tools and job components.
