About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate and dedicated bath aide/CNA to join our amazing and inviting nursing team at Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln!
Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm

Requirements

• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, grooming and dressing.
• Provide safe, dignified support with daily care routines.
• Monitor residents' comfort and report any concerns or changes.
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Accurately document care and communicate the nursing team.
