About The Position
The Batching Technician II independently performs batching operations with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Requires completion of Technician II training.
- Minimum 6 months successful experience as a Batching Technician I.
- Ability to read and follow detailed English SOPs and batch instructions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with team members and leads.
- Ability to independently complete documentation in English.
Responsibilities
- Independently verify, add, and document raw materials.
- Monitor and control batching and pasteurization parameters.
- Set up, operate, and clean batching equipment per SOPs.
- Complete batch records, logs, and checks accurately.
- Identify and report deviations, safety hazards, or equipment issues.
