Job Title: Batching/Staging/Oiling Operator Reports To: Supervisor Location: Lithonia, Ga Number of Openings: 1 Hours: (11:00pm-7:30am) - 8-hour shifts Workdays: Sunday – Thursday Hiring Pay Scale: $27.68 Differential: Yes Summary: This position is responsible for the effective and efficient daily operations of Batching/Staging/Oiling, transport and storage of materials.

Requirements

GED/HS Diploma Preferred
It is essential to have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
Must have basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one – or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Employees must have NO allergies to basic cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

Gather and weigh batch dries for all products.
Batch/Stage/Oil whole units for all products.
Batch/Stage/Oil the critical dries for all products.
Scan, document and record the usage of all batched ingredients into D-365.
Effectively making inventory transactions in D-365 necessary to transfer and kit materials.
Utilize tablet and/or BOM to accurately kit ingredients.
Enter usage of raw materials into manufacturing systems.
Research and resolve errors in D-365 and report inventory inaccuracies.
Participate in semi-annual cycle counts.
Conduct area cycle counts as needed.
Operate forklift, conduct inspections and battery changing functions.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
