About The Position

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of weights, measures, and batching techniques Mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating mixer or batching equipment Ability to read and interpret batch tickets and follow production processes Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and ERP systems familiarity a plus Team player with excellent communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in batching, food prep, or production mixing roles preferred Familiarity with GMPs, OSHA regulations, and food/pharma production environments a plus Experience with batching software or ERP systems is a bonus Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hours per day) Repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching movements required Must be able to safely operate mixers, forklifts, and other production equipment Required PPE includes respirators, safety glasses, and slip-resistant footwear Ready to Mix Things Up With Us?
