About The Position

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Batcher for a temp-to-hire evening position at a liquid products manufacturing facility in Buena Park, CA. The role involves weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing tanks according to batch sheets, verifying and staging raw materials, and operating a sit-down forklift to move materials on the production floor. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

1+ year of recent experience in liquid manufacturing.
Experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Nice To Haves

Experience reading and executing batch records or production work orders.
Familiarity with GMPs and SOP documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience working with mixing tanks, blending equipment, or bulk liquid ingredients.
Background in food, beverage, chemical, cosmetic, or personal care liquid manufacturing.
Experience using a pallet jack and batch scale in a production setting.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret batch records to identify raw materials, quantities, and processing steps.
Document all processing steps accurately in batch records.
Operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage raw materials throughout the production floor.
Use a pallet jack and batch scale to weigh, measure, and handle bulk ingredients.
Follow GMPs, SOPs, and OSHA safety guidelines throughout all production activities.
