Batch Plant Operator
About The Position
We are looking for a BATCH PLANT OPERATOR to join our Hurst, TX plant. As a Batchman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products. About the Role Responsibilities: Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products. Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials. Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance. About You We Require: A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience. Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts). Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Requirements
