Batch Plant Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure consistent product quality. Coordinate material flow, inventory levels, and production schedules. Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance on plant systems. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe work practices. Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors to support efficient operations.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and consistency.
- Capability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in dynamic conditions.
