Requirements

Have excellent communication and organization skills, both written and verbally.
Working knowledge of basic shop math and MS office
Mechanical and technical inclination – able to demonstrate basic machinery adjustments
Forklift certified / experience desired
1-3 years in batch making/mixing environment, production experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
Operate mixing and processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain high food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to company policies and health regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, ingredient usage, and equipment maintenance.
