About The Position
The batch makers are responsible for mixing the raw chemical materials to create our products.
Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.
- Ability to read digital scales.
- Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.

- Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
- Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
- Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions.
- Adjust a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.
- Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.
- Cleanup work area to company standards.
- Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards, communicate all spills or other hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Comply with all PPE standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
