About The Position

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment? This is your chance to join a team where your contributions directly impact production quality and success as the newest Batch Maker/Compounder in Cincinnati, OH. Pay: $19-$25/hr (based on experience) Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and writing skills
At least 6 months of related manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
Familiarity with processing equipment and SOPs
Strong attendance record and flexibility to work weekends when needed

Responsibilities

Accurately weigh raw materials and document standard/non-standard procedures
Transfer products to holding tanks and perform batch sampling/testing
Maintain clean and organized equipment and facility areas
Complete basic maintenance on tools, equipment, and scales
Participate in process improvements such as SOP writing, safety audits, and project teams
