About The Position

The Bat Boy/Girl position at the New Hampshire Fisher Cats is a part-time, temporary role responsible for maintaining players' and clubhouse equipment and assisting on the field during games. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth game day experience and upholding the organization's reputation for quality family-friendly entertainment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully pass a Background Investigation
• Willing to work flexible hours, including game nights, weekends, holidays, and special event nights as needed

Responsibilities

• Setting up dugout and bullpen for batting practice and all Fisher Cats home games
• Retrieving bats, balls, and other equipment during games
• Cleaning up dugout and bullpen after games
• Assisting with clubhouse duties after games, including cleaning cleats and vacuuming
• Arriving at Delta Dental Stadium at least 90 minutes prior to game times
• Staying at Delta Dental Stadium at least 90 minutes after the game concludes
• Performing other duties as assigned
