Requirements
- A background in competitive or recreational sports; especially basketball!
- Enjoyment from working with children and keeping positive relationships with their parents
- 18+ years of age
- Can lift up to 25 pounds - role requires a degree of physical activity
Responsibilities
- Leading energizing, fun, and safe programs for all participants
- Ensuring that programs are executed to meet the needs of all ages, abilities, and skill levels
- Organizing participation for volleyball programs and leagues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and parents
