About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Work from verbal instructions / blue prints / drawings and/or work orders.
Setup equipment / prepare surfaces to be welded /weld parts.
Must be able to use hand tools such as grinders, etc.
Maintain inventory of parts used in area.
Must report all accidents/injuries to department supervisor immediately.
Prompt and regular attendance.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

May perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Keep work area clean, neat and orderly.
Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must have prior MIG/TIG work experience
• Must be able to demonstrate good welding ability with minimal training.
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have good hand/eye coordination
• A high school diploma or GED is required
