The Creative Director is an integral part of the DEPT® team. You collaborate with a creative team to ensure that large-scale digital products are developed and meet and even exceed the client's needs. You lead a creative team to turn a vision into real-world execution. This means proactively challenging the DEPT® team to not just solve our client's problems but to provide solutions that are bigger and better than anyone thought they could be. This includes promoting an environment that brings everyone's perspective to the table and that grows and nurtures a world-class design team. You are leadership-focused, detail-oriented, excellent at collaborating and multitasking, and eager to guide a team to make things come to life. This special someone will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and will be involved in the digital experience, e-commerce, and content for lifestyle and technology categories to create experiences that deeply connect with people. You love positioning brands to matter in culture and you possess strong intuition and strategic thinking skills. You also have a strong desire to ensure that clients are extremely satisfied with our services and products. In addition, you possess strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of success. You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with. In your role, you will report to the VP of Creative, who will drive the strategy and direction for the creative and design team. You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.
