Right now, we're looking for a CNC Machinist to help us keep production running smoothly and ensure our parts meet high-quality standards. What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in our operations, working with well-maintained CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience OR equivalent technical education.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GibbsCAM software is a plus!
• Familiarity with Windows-based applications (experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and help keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
