About The Position

The Cashier position at Bashas' Supermarkets involves providing excellent customer service while managing various tasks at the front end of the store. Cashiers are responsible for operating registers, handling payments, assisting customers, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol

Responsibilities

• Operating a register and accurately handling customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning, and dusting as needed
• Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
• Performing all other related duties as assigned
