About The Position

The Durham Bulls Baseball Club is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Baseball Ticket Account Executive to drive corporate revenue through the sale of season and group tickets. This role involves building relationships with clients, managing sales appointments, and executing innovative sales campaigns to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer software skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree in sports management/marketing, business, or a related field.
• Two years of high-level sales success.

Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate revenue through season ticket and group ticket sales.
• Meet or exceed specified daily call expectations.
• Meet or exceed specified weekly sales appointment expectations.
• Meet or exceed yearly sales goals.
• Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain and grow a number of existing Bulls clients.
• Effectively execute sales campaigns.
• Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects.
• Assist customer service efforts at multiple points in the year.
