About The Position

The USABL Umpire Association (UUA) is seeking both new and experienced umpires for the 2025 season to officiate baseball games across New Jersey, Rockland County (NY), Staten Island, and Eastern Pennsylvania. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with opportunities to officiate youth to collegiate-level games.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old by 2025.
• Experience in customer service and conflict management.
• Knowledge of baseball rules and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sports coaching.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Officiate baseball games at various levels from youth to collegiate competitions.
• Determine the number of games to officiate based on personal availability.
• Attend mandatory training sessions for skill development and certification.
