Requirements

• Type 2 license or willingness to obtain.
• Must meet WIAA coaching requirements.
• Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines.
• High School Diploma, required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level, or five (5) years as an assistant coach.

Responsibilities

• Mentor coaches within program.
• Direct all phases of athletic program.
• Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required.
• Attend District training regarding concussion management.
• Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligiblity.
