About The Position
The BASE24 Engineer at Worldpay, LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Authorization platform, which runs on HP Non-Stop servers using ACI's Base-24 Classic software. This role involves incident management, problem resolution, and collaboration with various teams to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with service level agreements. The engineer will also focus on monitoring, improving platform observability, and implementing changes in the production environment.
