The Base Area Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting department leaders across Rental, Retail, Uniform, Building Maintenance, and Product Sales & Ticket Sales (PSS). This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong team performance through effective leadership and strategic planning. A key focus of this position is developing department leaders by training them to manage critical workforce functions, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. The Supervisor also oversees scheduling, inventory control, and operational problem-solving while maintaining compliance with safety standards and brand guidelines. As part of the resort leadership team, this role partners with the Senior Manager to drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for employees and guests.
