The BAS Sales Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of Building Automation System (BAS) projects—from sales development and estimating through project execution, closeout, and transition to service. This role blends business development, technical expertise, and project leadership to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient building automation solutions. The BAS Sales Project Manager works closely with owners, contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while supporting Masters Building Solutions’ commitment to sustainable and innovative building technologies.
