About The Position
The BAS Engineer at Hoffman Building Technologies is responsible for designing and administering Building Automation System solutions. This includes reviewing and understanding project mechanical and electrical plans, specifications, and customer requirements. The engineer will produce design packages using CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite, which primarily includes system Sequence of Operations, Wiring Diagrams, Schematics, Bill of Materials, and Schedules. Additionally, the role involves programming and building software databases to fulfill system requirements, providing technical support to the project field team, and quality checking system operability before and throughout installation.
