About The Position

BAS Controls Technician - San Diego, CA This is for an excellent BAS Controls company that is owned by a large MEP. This company has been around for the past 30 years with a tenured staff and is one of the largest BAS companies on the West Coast. They deal a highly-desirable controls product line that is Tridium Niagara based, which allows them to integrate into other control systems. The company works with large Commercial Buildings, Universities, K-12, GSA projects, Airports, Stadiums, Hospitals, companies in Security Defense/Aerospace, etc.

Nice To Haves

• DDC Programming, Integration, and Design of Building Control Systems
• Integration into various control product lines.
• N4 or AX - Tridium Niagara Integration experience
• Ability to read and modify Sequence of Operations
• Customer support and interface when performing site-walks
• Can work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team

Responsibilities

• Installation / Start-Up / Commissioning
• Troubleshooting / Point-To-Point Checkout
• Expertise in BACnet or Modbus Integration
• Configuration of control systems
• Working with modern and legacy control systems
