Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
  • Solid understanding of building automation systems and integration fundamentals.
  • Strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into mission-critical or data center environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and develop BAS solutions to meet client goals.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate facility performance needs.
  • Develop scopes of work aligned with ROI, budget, and performance metrics.
  • Present proposals, value analysis, and strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet annual quota targets.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and delivery teams on project execution.
  • Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.
