Requirements

Background managing BAS or MEP construction projects; data center experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Building Automation Systems, controls integration, and project workflows.
Ability to coordinate subcontractor activities and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient with project documentation, financial tracking, and scheduling software.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BAS initiatives across major data center and mission-critical projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
Oversee subcontractor performance, installation progress, and scheduling requirements.
Prepare and process RFIs, change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Handle project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and project compliance.
Participate in planning sessions to coordinate resources and maintain project timelines.
Manage procurement and delivery of controls equipment and materials.
Support installation and service teams when technical guidance is required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners.
